Please submit your complain to Better Business Bureau. 

So, after audiogon stopped my account,i created another one,listed the same item and...guess what,within minutes mr MARTIN JOSH, stopped again my account... for fraud !!!
 One small detail, both times Audiogon KEPT the listing and transaction fees (more than $150 at least). 

I will target Martin Josh and his fraudulent practices (i will explain in details why i state fraudulent), i am sure that i am not the only victim,time will tell.

I emailed Audiogon and got a message from somebody named Martin Josh from their customer support,stating that they detected that my account is fraudulent according to their software and that they suspended my account !
 So 10 years on eBay with 2912 perfect transactions (without a single negative rating) and audiogon detected on my first sale that i am a fraud !
 Congratulations to audiogon mind reading software, congratulations to Josh Martin Magicians skills, Audiogon should be proud of having such highly skilled employees. 

My name is James Gardner and i live in Canada, i am 59 years old and i am an audiophile since my early 30's.
 Recently i decided to sell MOST of my audiophile gear and choose Audiogon as the site was highly rated on Google reviews.
 So, i created an account and started slowly by trying to sell my analogue gear first (cartridges,tonearms,turntables), well pretty soon i sold my first cartridge,i got payment from a very nice person through paypal, audiogon took $24 for paypal fees and everyone was VERY happy.
 BUT, 2 days after the sale,hell broke loose. The buyer DISPUTED the charge and my paypal account  was on hold with negative balance !!!, reason ? The buyer received an email from Audiogon stating that i am fraud !!! So Audiogon police, made an investigation and decided that i don't have the goods and closed my account.
